Terms of service
Last updated: 13 August 2026
1. What these terms cover
These terms govern the use of Adsnalytic, a service published by Novion Sancho Léonard (SIREN 106 059 884, 22 chemin de Condrine, 33720 Illats, France) and available at adsnalytic.com.
Using the service means you accept them.
2. What the service is, and what it is not
Adsnalytic is an MCP server. It connects your ad account to the AI assistant of your choice, so you can ask about your performance in plain language and apply certain changes once you have confirmed them.
It is not an agency, advertising advice, or campaign management. The service reads and formats the data in your account, and carries out the changes you approve. The advertising decisions stay yours.
It is not an AI assistant either. You need your own access to Claude, ChatGPT or another MCP-compatible client. That maker's own terms govern your use of their product, and we are not responsible for it.
3. Access and price
During the launch phase, access is granted case by case and may be free. No recurring payment is set up without your express agreement.
4. Your obligations
You agree to:
- use the service only on ad accounts you own or are authorised to manage;
- make no attempt to reach someone else's account;
- work within the technical limits, and make no attempt to have the service write without going through the two-step confirmation;
- follow Google's and Meta's advertising policies, which apply to your campaigns whatever tool you use to run them.
5. Writes to your account, the most important clause here
The service can change your ad account: add negative keywords, pause a campaign, change a budget, create a campaign.
Every change goes through a two-step confirmation. The service first shows you a costed preview of what it is about to do, along with a token. Nothing is written at that point. The change happens only if you approve it explicitly, and the token is valid for that exact plan only. One euro of difference voids it.
What that means for you. You are talking to an AI assistant, which can be wrong or can make a questionable recommendation. What you approve is the preview, not the advice that came before it. Read it. A recommendation from the assistant is not an authorisation, and the service is built so that it cannot grant itself one.
Campaigns the service creates are created paused. None of them runs and none of them spends until you switch it on yourself in the platform's own interface.
No tool deletes anything, and no tool undoes a change. To go back, use the platform's interface.
6. Accuracy of the data
The figures come from Google's and Meta's APIs. We format them without altering them, and we flag the limits those platforms impose: recent data that is not yet settled, a partial current day, a withheld share of the data, modelled conversions.
We do not guarantee the accuracy or the availability of the data these platforms provide. Where our output differs from their interface, their interface is authoritative.
7. Availability
The service is provided as is. We do not guarantee continuous availability. It depends on third-party APIs whose changes, rate limits and outages are outside our control.
8. Liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for:
- the advertising decisions you take, including after an analysis from the service;
- the ad spend committed on your account;
- the changes you approved through the two-step confirmation;
- outages or changes in Google's and Meta's APIs;
- what the AI assistant you use produces.
None of these exclusions is intended to exclude liability that cannot be excluded under French law, in particular in cases of gross negligence or wilful misconduct.
9. Personal data
See the privacy policy. In short: no advertising data is kept, there is no users table, no cookie is set, and you can revoke your access at any time from your Google or Meta account settings.
10. Ending your use of the service
You can stop using the service at any time by revoking its access in the security settings of your ad account. There is nothing to ask us for.
We may suspend access if you breach section 4, or for any use that could put our compliance with the advertising platforms' own terms at risk.
11. Governing law
French law applies. The French courts have jurisdiction.
